General Studies

General Studies is the common name given to the academic program provided at various Yeshivas in the Jewish community. Programs are provided for JK through grade 12 and are often the core academic subjects of English, Math, Science and Social Studies. Older students do receive instruction in Biology and Chemistry, to name only two.

We have Jewish and non-Jewish certified tutors who have demonstrated teaching skills and are very familiar with issues that relate specifically to providing an academic program for Jewish students. They are ALL active, semi-retired, or retired certified teachers, who have a passion for teaching.
